Cancellation Policy
𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐬- Please do not come to your appointment with fresh spray tans, any tan stain left on the beds will incur a surcharge of $50. EYELASH EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS: Please do not wear makeup OR moisturiser when attending your lash appointment. Please also come 5 minutes earlier to fill out client consultation form. 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 - Deposits are non-refundable and only transferable for a later date. Deposits are only transferrable up to 3 months, after 3 months your deposit will be voided. If you have any issues with your appointment please contact info@emilyzaiabeauty.com so we can solve it asap for you. Please make sure you're on time, if you're more than 15 minutes late you will be rescheduled to a later date, resulting in a cancellation fee of $20. 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 within 24 hours will void your deposit. if there is a no show the total cost of the service must be paid in order to book another appointment. 𝐃𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝟕 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧. 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔- Infills must have more then 40% of lashes. we offer up to 4 week infills, anything more then 4 weeks requires a full set. If you are unsure what to book please send me a message/ 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒔 - All deposits are non refundable and non exchangeable. By paying the deposit you agree to pay the remainder of the amount in full prior to your course start date. 𝑳𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒆𝒆 & 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 - cancellation up to 14 days prior to the course date will result in a late fee which will be $200 𝑬𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒔 & 𝑼𝒏𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒍- If you are unwell or an emergency comes up prior to the course, the course will be transferable up to 3 months to another date. Late cancellation fees may still be applied. 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒓𝒂 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈- Extra training will be recommended if we feel you need extra help with tips and tricks to feel more comfortable and understanding of the course which comes at your own expense. extra training will need to be completed if any days or hours are missed throughout the course and will come at your own expense to make up for the time. Pricing will determine how long the extra training and hours will be.
